OKC Energy FC announced today its schedule for the upcoming 2018 USL season.  Energy FC plays a 34-game schedule during the 31-week USL season.

Energy FC opens the 2018 season at home on March 17 against Turnpike Rival, Tulsa Roughnecks FC. The day will feature many colors, but will begin and end with GREEN.  A perfectly timed date, the day will be green with Energy.  The festivities begin early that morning as the team hosts the return of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in downtown Oklahoma City.

Following the parade, the attention turns to Taft Stadium as adorned-in-green Energy FC  hosts their Turnpike Rival, the blue-and-orange clad Tulsa Roughnecks FC at 7 p.m.  The in-state rivals will do battle for the The Wrench in the 1st round of the 2018 Black Gold Derby.

The club plays each of the other 16 Western Conference teams once at home and once on the road.  Energy FC faces Colorado Springs twice this season at Taft Stadium and travels twice to Tulsa.   OKC’s schedule features the return of Saint Louis FC to Taft Stadium on April 21 and welcomes expansion sides Las Vegas Lights FC on July 11 and Fresno FC on July 25.

Start times for Energy FC matches at Taft Stadium are at 7 p.m. for games in March, April and May and 7:30 p.m. for matches in June, July and August.  The match on September 23 starts at 6 p.m.

Tickets for all 17 home matches are on sale immediately online or by calling the Energy FC office at 235-KICK (5425)
