The Swope Park Rangers’ Nansel Selbol has capped his remarkable season by earning the 2017 USL Fans’ Choice Goal of the Year, as his brilliant finish against Seattle Sounders FC 2 edged out Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC’s Masta Kacher in the final.

Selbol’s goal captured 52 percent of the online vote to add to the former SKC Academy standout’s three USL Goal of the Month honors over the course of this season, with his outstanding first-time curling finish that capped a beautiful counterattack taking the honors over Kacher’s tremendous top-corner finish against Real Monarchs SLC.
