Kacher vs. Selbol in the final, who gets your vote for Goal of the Year?

The final matchup to decide the 2017 USL Fans’ Choice Goal of the Year competition will see Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC’s Masta Kacher square off the Swope Park Rangers’ Nansel Selbol for the crown after another tight round of voting to round out the week in the semifinals.

Kacher continued his pursuit of the title by taking 54 percent of the vote over San Antonio FC’s A.J. Ajeakwa for his outstanding long-range effort against Real Monarchs SLC that picked out the top-right corner of the net. Selbol continued his bid for glory by earning 52 percent of the vote against FC Cincinnati’s Andrew Wiedeman for his perfect first-time finish that curled from 20 yards into the right corner of the net against Seattle Sounders FC 2.

Final voting is now open for a chance to earn your favorite goal this year’s title, with the polls set to close on 10 a.m. ET on Dec. 12. Click here to check out the bracket, and to cast your vote.
