KINGSTON, Jamaica – Louisville City FC midfielder Devon “Speedy” Williams and Charleston Battery forward Romario Williams have been selected for the Jamaican National Team to take on Saudi Arabia in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on October 7th in an international exhibition, as both players return to the squad after September's clash with Canada.

Speedy Williams made his second appearance for Jamaica in a friendly against Canada on September 2nd, which marked his first appearance at international level since 2010. The 25-year-old has played 18 matches for Louisville City FC this season after helping the New York Red Bulls II claim the USL Cup last year, and has recorded an 86.8 percent pass completion rate in the 2017 season.

Romario Williams has had a stellar year for Jamaica in 2017, scoring the winner for Jamaica in its CONCACAF Gold Cup quarterfinal win against Canada in July his second of the tournament for the Reggae Boyz. The 23-year-old has scored 15 goals for the Battery this year, putting him in fourth place in the USL Golden Boot race as he spends the season with the club on loan from Major League Soccer's Atlanta United FC. Williams claimed the USL Player of the Month award in June as part of his impressive season, which has seen him feature prominently for club and country.
