Rochester Rhinos news and notes
Current record: 9-5-8, 35pts
Rochester Rhinos come in to this match looking to get back on track after a good run of form has come to an end in recent weeks.
In their last match, on Saturday the Rhinos fell to a frustrating 1-0 loss to Charleston Battery at home, a result which has seen them fall back in to the playoff fight.
Conceding seven minutes from time cost the Rhinos from earning a point which they will be frustrated about, having created chances to win the match.
The Rhinos used crosses to get in that match, making 28 crosses, completing 25 percent of them and managing 10 shots, they will be hoping one of those chances can sneak through on Saturday against Saint Louis.
Saint Louis FC news and notes
Current record: 8-10-5, 29pts
Saint Louis FC got their season back on track on Wednesday night as they managed a vital 2-1 victory over the Tulsa Roughnecks at home.
It was a late goal from Seth Rudolph which gave Saint Louis FC the win, as they came from behind in the result following an equalizer from Mats Bjurman early in the first half.
Rudolph continued a strong run of form with the goal, as he scored his fourth goal in three matches with the winner in the match, which pushed Saint Louis back in to playoff contention.
Injuries have been a concern for Saint Louis, and with a tight turn around, Head Coach Preki will have to manage his squad carefully.
