Rhinos welcome Battery with chance to move level on points

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Rochester Rhinos will look to pull level on points with the Charleston Battery, and get some revenge for their heaviest defeat of the season, when the two longtime rivals meet at Capelli Sport Stadium on Saturday evening. Kickoff is set for 6:05 p.m. ET.

  • Current record: 9-4-8, 35pts

  • The Rhinos took a 1-0 victory against the Harrisburg City Islanders in its last outing on August 8 as Darius Madison scored the only goal at FNB Field.

  • Rochester has won three of its past four games to move into fifth place in the USL’s Eastern Conference.

  • Madison’s goal was his third of the season, putting him third on the team behind Jochen Graf and Wal Fall.

  • The Rhinos have lost only once at home this season, going 6-1-3 at Capelli Sport Stadium.
