ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Stefan DeFregger broke through in the 58th minute to help lift the Rochester Rhinos to a 2-0 victory over Toronto FC II at Capelli Sport Stadium on Wednesday. The Rhinos controlled the run of play after Toronto defender Brandon Onkony was issued a straight red card in the 27th minute and improved to 7-3-8 (29pts) with the victory. Substitute Jordan Dover swung in a dangerous cross that nearly found the head of a diving Darius Madison and ultimately deflected in off a Toronto defender for the goal that put the result out of doubt. Despite an impressive defensive performance down a man, TFCII has now dropped six consecutive road games and stands at 3-10-5 (14pts) on the season.
