Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC news and notes

  • The Switchbacks saw their two-game winning streak come to an end on Wednesday night as they fell 2-1 to the Swope Park Rangers at Children’s Mercy Victory Field.

  • Midfielder Eddy Prugh gave Colorado Springs the lead against the Rangers, but a pair of second-half goals saw the hosts rally to victory.

  • Colorado Springs is hosting its second home game of the month, with a late goal by Rony Arguata earning a 1-0 victory against OKC Energy FC in its most recent outing at Weidner Field.
