Another big weekend at the turnstiles saw more than 70,000 fans attend games across the USL this past weekend, including a sellout crowd as the Charlotte Independence opened their new home at the Sportsplex at Matthews and a season-high attendance of more than 8,500 fans at H-E-B Park to watch Rio Grande Valley FC host the LA Galaxy II. They were treated to some late drama across the league as the regular season nears its halfway point.
