Eastern Playoff contenders square off with both in good league form

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Rochester Rhinos and Ottawa Fury FC meet for the first time on Saturday night at Capelli Sport Stadium, with both teams currently on good runs of league form that has both in the top eight in the Eastern Conference. Kickoff is set for 6:05 p.m. ET.

Rochester Rhinos news and notes

  • Current record: 4-1-5, 17pts

  • The Rhinos recorded back-to-back draws in their trip to face Orlando City B and the Tampa Bay Rowdies last week, extending their undefeated streak to seven games.

  • Rochester has won three of its last four games at Capelli Sport Stadium, recording shutouts in each of those victories.

  • The Rhinos were eliminated from the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on Wednesday night as the New England Revolution earned a 3-0 win to advance to the Fifth Round.
