City Islanders, Riverhounds meet in second Keystone Derby Cup clash of season

HARRISBURG, Pa. – The Harrisburg City Islanders and Pittsburgh Riverhounds will square off in the second edition of the Keystone Derby Cup this season when the two longtime rivals meet at FNB Field. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. ET.

Harrisburg City Islanders news and notes

  • Current record: 2-3-3, 9pts

  • The City Islanders got a stoppage-time equalizer from Jonny Mendoza to earn a 2-2 draw with the Charleston Battery on Saturday night.

  • Harrisburg had taken the lead on a long-range effort by Rasheed Olabiyi, but the Battery had rallied to take the lead before Mendoza came through late.

  • The City Islanders have yet to suffer defeat this season at FNB Field, with the club going 1-0-2 in its first three home games this season.

  • Harrisburg is on a five-game winless streak, with its last victory coming in a 3-2 win against Bethlehem Steel FC on April 15.
