The Fans' Choice Goal of the Week for Week 5 of the 2017 USL regular season brought another impressive group of finishes together, including another strike that picked up national attention and some others that certainly could have.

Conditions were soggy in Richmond on Saturday, but that didn’t deter the Pittsburgh Riverhounds’ Marshall Hollingsworth. The Columbus Crew SC loanee produced a spectacular finish against the Kickers, which provided a silver lining to the clouds above City Stadium.

Just as it had the previous week, the USL Game of the Week on ESPN3 saw a stunning finish that landed on ESPN’s SportsCenter Top 10. The Tampa Bay Rowdies’ Marcel Schafer notched his first goal for the club in impressive fashion against FC Cincinnati with a laser-beam that was tracked at flying 37 yards into the back of the net.

Maikel Chang also produced a piece of magic for the Charleston Battery with a driven low finish from outside the penalty area against the Tampa Bay Rowdies. Not far from the cigar capital of the United States, the Cuban smoked his finish past Matt Pickens for a highlight-reel finish.

FC Cincinnati was on the wrong end of another exceptional finish on Saturday night as well, as Louisville City FC’s Brian Ownby produced something special in his first River Cities Cup clash. Ownby’s low finish to the left corner capped a great move and piece of individual skill to set up a glorious finish.

Finally on Sunday night, the Swope Park Rangers’ Kevin Oliveira showed again why he’s one of the top young talents in the USL. No. 2 on the 2016 USL 20 Under 20, the Cape Verde playmaker’s goal couldn’t prevent SPR’s first loss of the season, but came awfully close to leading a dramatic comeback.

Five goals, one winner. Let us know who you think scored the best goal from the fifth week of the 2017 USL regular season.

Voting will continue through 9 a.m. ET on Thursday, April 27.
