A key clash in the race for the playoffs kicks off on Sunday, who’ll lead his side to victory?

San Antonio FC and Arizona United FC face a massive game on Sunday evening at Toyota Field as both teams pursue a place in the 2016 USL Playoffs. The sides have received strong attacking contributions recently from their front line, with San Antonio’s Franck Tayou and Arizona’s Chris Cortez potentially playing key roles in the matchup.

A midseason addition, “Franck the Tank” has notched four goals in just under 500 minutes of action, with the powerful target forward showing a deft touch around goal to open up shooting space. Tayou found the net the last time these teams met, a 3-2 victory for SAFC on August 17 at Toyota Field, and will be aiming for more of the same on Sunday as the side looks to claim a playoff berth in its first season.

Cortez has been one of the most consistent forwards in the USL prior to this season, and has formed an impressive forward trio alongside Long Tan and Tyler Blackwood this season. Cortez has scored six goals, and also added three assists alongside his fellow TLC members, and will be likely called on to lead from the front again in what it looking like a must-win game for United’s playoff hopes.

Which player do you think will lead his side to victory on Sunday night?
