San Antonio looks to continue run of form, as WFC2 aims to bounce back

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio FC will try to build on a strong recent run of form when it welcomes a Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 side that is looking to bounce back from defeat in the first game of its trip to Texas this week. Kickoff at Toyota Field is set for 7:30 p.m. CT.

  • Current record: 5-5-6, 21pts
  • San Antonio extended its undefeated streak to five games last Saturday night after a 0-0 draw with OKC Energy FC at Toyota Field.
  • SAFC has gone 3-0-2 during its current run of form, which has moved the side within a point of the Western Conference playoff positions.
  • Goalkeeper Josh Ford will serve the first of a three-game suspension on Saturday after being sent off against Energy FC.
