Playoff rematch sees California rivals clash with Galaxy II still undefeated

CARSON, Calif. – The LA Galaxy II will try to continue their undefeated start to the season when they host northern California rival Sacramento Republic FC on Saturday night at the StubHub Center Track and Field Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. PT.

LA Galaxy II news and notes

  • Current record: 4-0-4, 16 points
  • The Galaxy II will look to earn a third consecutive victory on Saturday night after defeating Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC 3-2 on Wednesday night.
  • Jack McBean had his first professional hat trick to lead Los Dos to victory against the Switchbacks, before the side had to hold off a late rally.
  • McBean now leads the USL with nine goals in eight games this season. He also became the 24th player in USL history to record 20 regular-season goals in his career on Wednesday.
