Director of PDL Operations Lee Cohen represented United Soccer Leagues at the US Soccer Federation’s National Referee Camp held at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA and in Torrance, CA. The camp was comprised primarily of referees that work USL games. The camp is where referees undergo their annual certification, which is made up of physical and tactical tests.
