Launched as a member of the USL Second Division, the Rage went six seasons before missing the playoffs. Unfortunately, the club was never able to find success in the postseason, winning just twice in six campaigns and would ultimately move to the Premier Development League in 2004 after two disappointing outings.

The club developed a Super Y-League program in 2004.
