The Kingdom came into the Premier Development League in 1996 with a 5-9 record, but rebounded the following year to go 10-6. In 1998, the team’s off the field organization led to the club playing host to the PDL Championship tournament.

In 1998, the club also launched a W-League side, the Quest, that played two seasons. They developed a Super Y-League program in 2003.
