Barnhart is in his fifth year with USL and handles league communications for all four leagues, including news releases and all publications. 

 

In his three seasons with the Spokane Shadow, Barnhart was the team's first PR Director and also served as the Operations Manager with the PDL club. 

 

Barnhart is a 1998 graduate of Eastern Washington University where he majored in Journalism/Public Relations.
