McGauley first joined USL as the Housing Coordinator for the 2007 SoccerFest during the summer of 2007. Following SoccerFest, McGauley assumed the position of Associate Director, SYL & Super-20 League Operations effective January 1, 2008. In late 2008 McGauley was named USL's Director of SYL & Super-20 League Operations. 

McGauley’s daily responsibilities include operations management for specific divisions within the Super Y-League and Super-20 League. She also assists with all operations for the ODP camps, Super-20 League Finals and Super Y-League North American Finals Event Management.

McGauley graduated from Flagler College in 2005 with a BA in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. She also was a member of the collegiate soccer team for four years. She earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2007 from Tiffin University, where she served as the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the 2005 and 2006 fall seasons. Prior, she interned at Major League Soccer in the Operations Department in the spring of 2005, Professional Sports Authentication (PSA/DNA) in the summer of 2004, St. Petersburg Times Forum in the summer of 2003 and for the Daytona Cubs in the spring of 2002.
