After two successful seasons as USL PRO operations director, Duffy was elevated to senior director, W-League in September of 2010. 

Duffy joined USL full time as league operations administrator in March of 2008 after two previous spells on staff as an SYL intern in 2005 and league operations assistant during the 2007 season.

The former W-League player helped guide the Hampton Roads Piranhas to its league championship in 2003, and has played for the Central Florida Krush and Danmarks IF (Sweden). The East Carolina University masters graduate has also served as a girls youth soccer coach in 2005 and 2007.
