Prior to joining the Wave, Lettiere served as the operations manager for Uihlein Soccer Park in Milwaukee (1996-1999).  She then moved on to work for the U. S. Soccer Federation as the National Teams Coordinator (1999-2001)  before starting her first stint in the USL as the Director of Operations (2001-2004) for the First Division Minnesota Thunder.

As the Director of the USL W-League Operations, Lettiere is responsible for day-to-day administration of the most wide-ranging North American women’s soccer league.

A Trenton, NJ native, Lettiere is a 1996 graduate of Marquette University.
